Current Job Openings
Project Manager
- Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, minimum 5 years experience, strong leadership, and organizational skills.
Construction Foreman
- Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate construction crews, manage on-site activities, enforce safety regulations, and perform layout.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, comprehension of blueprints, submittals, and shop drawings. A minimum of an OSHA 10 card, however, an OSHA 30 is preferred.
Form Carpenter
- Key Responsibilities: Execute all tasks associated with concrete formwork while following all safety procedures.
- Qualifications: Proven knowledge of layout, constructing forms of all types, installing reinforcement, form leveling & alignment, stripping forms, pouring & finishing concrete. A High School diploma or equivalent & at least 3 years of form carpentry experience. A minimum of an OSHA 10 card
Ironworker
- Key Responsibilities: Execute all tasks associated with concrete reinforcement installation while following all safety procedures.
- Qualifications: Proven knowledge of reinforcement layout, measuring, rebar fabrication, assembling rebar cages and grids, placing reinforcement in formwork, and following all safety procedures. A High School diploma or equivalent & at least 3 years of concrete reinforcement experience. A minimum of an OSHA 10 card
Laborer
- Key Responsibilities: Assist crews with formwork assembly, carrying materials, pouring and spreading concrete, placing reinforcement, cleaning and maintaining tools, supporting formwork removal, and following safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness and material / equipment order on the job site.
- Qualifications: Previous experience assisting Form Carpenters & Ironworkers. Physical stamina, ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic. A minimum of an OSHA 10 card
Field Engineer
- Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the project layout for our construction crews.
- Qualifications: Strong ability to interpret all construction documents, including blueprints, submittals, specifications, and shop drawings. Ability to transfer the document’s layout to the site, set anchor bolts & embeds, verify layout accuracy, and document layout information. Problem-solving & ensuring compliance with the construction documents. A High School diploma or equivalent & at least 3 years of Layout experience. A minimum of an OSHA 10 card
Driver
- Key Responsibilities: Transporting equipment and materials to the project site, including loading & unloading. Drivers shall also follow all driving regulations and be responsible for route planning, vehicle maintenance, documentation & safety, including on and off-road.
- Qualifications: A clean driver’s record, a Mass DOT Medical Card, a CDL License, and the ability to drive with a trailer. A High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years of commercial driving experience. A minimum of an OSHA 10 card
